Antonio Bazzini Life

Encouraged by Paganini, Bazzini began his concert career at an early age and became one of the most highly regarded artist of his time.

He was much admired by Schumann and Mendelssohn.

He toured Spain, Denmark, France, Deutschland.

Returning to Brescia, he devoted himself to composition, abandoning the virtuoso opera fantasias and character-pieces (such as "La ronde des lutins" or "Le muletier").
