| Riccardo Pick-Mangiagalli, born 10 July 1882 in Strakonice, Bohemia, died 8 July 1949, in Milan, Italian composer. He studied with Richard Strauss and wrote instrumental and chamber music (the Sonata for violin and piano, 1906; the Stringquartet, the Ballata Sinfonica and the Humoresque for piano and orchestra, 1909, etc. etc.). He wrote a lot of stage works (ballets and operas).
