Antonio Sartorio, Venice, 1630; Venice, 30 Dec. 1680, Italian composer, partly resident in Germany.

He was a famous and popular composer (as Cavalli), specially in Venice, and wrote a lot of works for various forces.

He wrote for Venice the operas "L’Adelaide" (librettist Aureli) and "Orfeo".
